Chip and his wife Inga enjoy spending time with their two children in a historical community near Cleveland. Their home was built in 1835 and has lots of historical anecdotes, including having been moved down the street in 1958. When outside of Northeast Ohio, Chip enjoys SCUBA diving and sailing. He lived in Paris during a semester in college, so although his French language skills are rusty, he enjoys French cuisine and all types of wine.
