Dan also achieved certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt during his GE tenure.

Dan and his wife Paula, a management consultant, reside in North Barrington, IL. They enjoy spending time with their two tween sons, Matthew and Alex, and stay active by playing tennis and golf.
