Fabio has 20 years of international experience in turnaround, restructuring and growth assignments and in optimising management team skills. He has worked for Minit Group International where he was the Group Managing Director of the Central Activities, located in Belgium. Fabio served as CFO for Sector Sport Watches, where in addition to lead the finance function, he was responsible for the development of the international activities. Fabio’s experience includes other general management and/or financial leadership positions at pan-European Swiss, Italian and Belgian companies, plus 2 years as strategic consultant with Accenture. Fabio has served as BOD member of several companies focusing on mentoring the CEO, on risk management, on corporate governance and on supporting in defining and executing global strategies
