Add-on Criteria:
IronEdge is seeking IT Managed Service Providers (“MSP”) that act as customer’s outsourced IT departments. Preferred Criteria: 1. Location: TX, CO, ID, NM, AR, AZ, IA, KS, LA, MO, MT, NE, ND, NV, OK, SD, UT, WY. 2. Services offered (not exhaustive): IT managed services, security services (“MSSP”), professional services, telecom / VoIP, cloud hosting. 3. No minimum size. 4. Strong base of recurring revenue (preferably 50%+ of revenue from recurring managed services). 5. Blended gross margins of 35%+. 6. Customer profile alignment, focusing on customers with <1,000 FTEs (and ideally 15-500 FTEs) with strong retention. 7. Favorable organic growth trends and positive EBITDA
