SC Laboratories provides third-party regulatory and compliance lab testing services for cannabis raw materials and finished products. The companies are structured as two separate LLCs with Botanacor testing federally legal hemp, a species of the cannabis plant with high concentrations of cannabidiol (CBD) and low concentrations of the cannabinoid extract THC; and Agricor testing medical and adult-use marijuana, a species of the cannabis plant with a high concentration of THC. Both have the capacity to provide full-service testing for customers and can test various forms of hemp and marijuana.
