Western Botanicals is a contract development and manufacturing organization of vitamins, minerals, and dietary supplements. The Company’s products support a variety of end-use applications, including men’s and women’s health, sports nutrition, digestive cleanse and weight management, and other functional health areas (e.g., cognitive health, gut health, general wellness, etc.) across diverse product delivery formats.

Add-on Criteria: Seeking manufacturers of vitamins, minerals and supplements in a wide range of formats including but not limited to capsules, powders, liquids, gummies, soft chews, and melts. Packaging capabilities of interest include but are not limited to gusset bags, stand-up pouches, stick packs, jugs, and blisters. We are highly interested in companies with in house Research and Development capabilities, and are pursuing acquisitions based throughout the United States and Canada.
