Fabio Pesiri joined Riverside in 2007 and since 2009 has led REF’s operating team. Mr. Pesiri is a member of REF’s Advisory Investment Committee and is part of the Riverside's Global Operating Council. Mr. Pesiri has defined and implemented the REF Operating Model and is focused on mentoring CEOs, risk management, corporate governance and on shaping, executing and accelerating value creation plans across the portfolio. Currently Mr. Pesiri is the CEO of Galvanina in Italy and the Chairman of the Board of two portfolio companies; previously he has been the CEO of Mec 3 in Italy and of MK Zary in Poland and Chairman of several portfolio companies in different European countries. Prior to joining Riverside Mr. Pesiri was the Group Managing Director of Central Activities for Minit Group. Mr. Pesiri’s experience includes other operational and financial leadership positions at pan-European Swiss, Italian and Belgian companies in addition to two years as a consultant with a global consulting firm. Mr. Pesiri holds a BA from the University of Naples and an MBA from Stoa/M.I.T
