Riverside Acceleration Capital (RAC) is excited to announce our investment in BlueFletch, an Atlanta-based provider of enterprise mobile device security and management solutions for shared mobile devices.

As enterprises increasingly rely on mobile technology to power their frontline operations, managing shared devices has emerged as a critical operational bottleneck. Today, 83% of companies operate Bring-Your-Own-Device or shared device policies, yet most struggle with fragmented authentication systems, persistent device loss and theft, and the mounting pressure on Information Technology (IT) departments to maintain security across diverse device environments.

Traditional mobile device management approaches fall short in these shared environments, forcing workers to repeatedly log into multiple applications and creating friction that reduces productivity.   • Single Sign-On & Authentication: Helps eliminate wasted login time by providing a more seamless single sign-on across any application, including legacy green screen and web apps. Supports complex authentication requirements with password, biometric, Near Field Communication (NFC), Fast IDentity Online (FIDO) options, integrating with existing identity providers, like Entra ID, Okta, Ping, and Sailpoint, which has been found to help customers save $850+ per device annually.
  • Support Agent: Provides real-time device monitoring and analytics that capture over 90 hardware and software data points, enabling support teams to troubleshoot issues remotely and maintain device health proactively.
  • Device Finder (Device Accountability): Reduces device loss through real-time GPS and Bluetooth-enabled tracking, automated email reporting, and user check-in/check-out procedures to help address the costly challenge of missing devices reported by customers.

The platform also offers powerful add-ons, including rich media communication, password management, and app management.
